华人联络网理事会全部5名成员与2011年12月5日举行了本年度最后一次理事会. 在本次会议中, 理事会成员研究了联络网章程, 对有关章节对照实际形势的需要进行了必要的修改. 现任联络网主席马春鸣在随后的换届选举中当选连任. 马春鸣表示感谢大家的信任, 并强调在新一届任期中会更加努力的工作, 与理事会一道团结更多的社会有识之士, 把华人联络网的工作推向新的篇章.
The board of directors of the Kansas City Chinese Association had their last board meeting on the evening of December 5th, 2011. During this meeting, the board of directors discussed the by-laws and made certain revisions to meet the needs for KCCA's continued growth and success. The board then conducted the election process for the 2012 term.
The current president Mr. Chunming Ma was elected to continue serving KCCA as the president effective immediately. Mr. Ma expressed his appreciation to the board members and said he would focus more efforts and dedication to the Chinese community and would work with the board of directors, committee members, and all the people who care about Kansas City’s Chinese community and Chinese culture leading the organization forward to a whole new level.
